There were signs stating law and ordinance that park closes at sunset. We spoke to others that said they had stayed the night before and would be staying that night, so we decided to stay as well. Stayed one night with no issues. A few cars came and went throughout the night but we slept well to the sounds of the ocean. Public restrooms available. We had happy hour at the Beachside Bar Cafè and it was delicious!
