We stayed here with another van life friend that made a reservation. Security lets you in a gate in the evening. There's full hookups for power and water. There are showers and restrooms on site. We didn't check out much of the facilities since it was a last minute stay with them on their last night. Online it says there's a pool, playground, food truck, laundry...I think they paid $100 something, but it seems to change depending on season and availability--you have to call them (305) 451-0232
