Large Efficiency

Our large efficiency rental is located upstairs and provides comfortable and spacious accommodations for you to enjoy during your stay at Pelican. This studio-style rental includes a private entrance with two queen size beds and a sleeper sofa in the main living space to accommodate up to 6 guests. There is also a flat screen cable TV, large cabinet, and dining table in the main living area with additional amenities that include heat and air conditioning, linens, and WiFi access to keep you connected. The kitchen area provides plenty of cabinets, plus a sink, full refrigerator and range, microwave, coffee maker, cookware and dinnerware, plus a full bathroom with a stand-alone shower.
