Bolivar Flats Free Beach

Honestly would give this 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lack of amenities. No bathrooms, showers, water or electric hookups. Have to take a ferry from Galveston to Bolivar Peninsula but once you get off it’s just a short 5 or so minute drive. Ferry is free for drive on and walk ons as well. Stunning and secluded beach and you’re sure to catch a great sunrise over the water! Make sure to check the tides before you park and enjoy your night on the beach!
