We highly recommend using the restroom facilities in your RV  as traditionally restrooms are an area you are more likely to encounter bacteria and viruses. We do use hospital strength disinfectants in our cleaning process however no one can see a virus. The campground's extra-long Pull-Thru RV Sites and Camping Cabins make settling in a breeze. Explore the walking trails, take a splash in the pool or join in some of the outdoor games. When you're ready for more, the city offers an amazing array of restaurants and activities. Check out the Guilford Courthouse National Military Park and Carolina SciQuarium.
