Slide Horse Camp

The Slide Horse Camp is a wonderful campground for horse enthusiasts, the campground offers sites with horse stalls and corrals. Just up the road from the campground is the Slide Connector Trail #386 [http://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/malheur/recarea/?recid=81239], this trail is a great starting point for horse riders heading into the wilderness. The campground sets amongst pondersa pines and is one mile from Strawberry Campground [http://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/malheur/recarea/?recid=40164] and the Strawberry Basin Trailhead [http://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/malheur/recarea/?recid=40162].
