Llano Cottage Rental

This Llano cottage rental is handicap accessible and provides a queen size bed in the bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 4 guests. The layout of these 400 square foot rentals include furnishings with linens, air conditioning, flat screen cable television, private bathroom and a fully appointed kitchen. A covered outdoor porch with four chairs and a ceiling fan, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table complete these sites. Check In  - 4:00 PM     Check Out - 12:00 PM Monthly Reservations - A $250 Security Deposit is required on all monthly reservations.  Price is based on two people and one vehicle additional people vehicles are at an additional cost. This unit does allow dogs. We ask that you confirm with the resort that you will be traveling with a pet(s) prior to check-in. There is a $25 fee per night per dog or $100 per dog per month. Reservations with a non-registered pet will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
