About
We are a family friendly campground nestled at the base of Willard Peak and framed by the shimmering waters of the Great Salt Lake with fruit orchards all around, the views from this KOA are stunning. This quiet country KOA, founded in 1964, is an oasis for nature-lovers. Visit Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, considered one of the best birding areas in the world, or stop by Antelope Island State Park and see the buffalo. Explore one of the breathtaking canyons in the area and take advantage of great hiking, fishing, hunting, skiing and golfing. Shoshone and Mantua ATV trail systems are nearby. Golden Spike National Historic Site is also very close. Visit historic downtown Ogden (15 minutes away) or Salt Lake City (45 minutes away) while you are here. This is an amazing area with lots to see and do - or you can just sit back and relax in the refreshing pool and enjoy the view. Pool: OPEN for Summer of 2021. Max pull thru: 120 feet. Your hosts: James & Kristan.
