Experience a stay in a premium rental cottage featuring one bedroom with a queen size bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 4 guests. These rentals include an open floor plan and come with furnishings, a private bathroom, washer and dryer, air conditioning, flat screen cable TV and WiFi access. They also provide a kitchen with full appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dinnerware. The exterior is beautifully landscaped and includes a side deck with patio furniture, and a concrete driveway for easy parking. Linens are provided. *Security deposits are due upon arrival. Weekly reservations $250 deposit; monthly reservations $500 deposit.
