Equestrian Center with full hookup RV sites. One of the approved sites for Amazon Camperforce in Phoenix. The only one that is not 55+ and has no limitations on dog breed or vehicle age. If part of camperforce all utilities included, not sure if just passing through. Huge equestrian facility with lots of horses, cattle, and other livestock so there are some very strong farm smells. RV park is dirt/rock so it’s very dusty, but spaces are spacious and we’ve had no issues with power or water using their hookups. Bathhouse is okay, not great ventilation and not cleaned often enough when there are events, but no additional charge for use and within easy reach of RV spaces. Laundry is about 5 minutes away by car. Office will accept mail for you at no additional charge. Bar on property with limited food options, hours vary by season. Rate is per week.
