Very nice pullout in the woods. There are a lot of cool ramps for mountain bikes, and a  nice view of hood river town.
I had 2 bars on my Verizon but when walking closer to the cliff I got 3 bars. 
Got here on my 2-wheel Sprinter with no problem. Parts of the road does get very steep
