Deluxe Cabin (Full Bath with Tub & Shower)

Sleeps up to 6 people. Romantic getaway or family vacation in this beautiful single floor accommodation featuring a master bedroom with a queen size bed and second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The bathroom has a full-size bathtub and shower. Kitchen has a microwave, sink, full stove and oven and an 8' screened-in porch. Near to the game room, jump zone, basketball court, Swimming lake, and fishing lake. Rate includes 2 adults & 2 kids. Up to 6 people. All rentals are based on 2 adults & 2 children (17 and younger - additional charges for extra persons/guests) Children 3 and under are free. 2 nights minimum reservation. The first night, not refundable, paid in full with a valid credit card or cash at the time of reservation. Holiday weekends require 3 nights minimum reservation.A cash deposit of $200.00 (refundable if no damage) is required at the time of reservation.After check out, the cabin will be we thoroughly inspected to see if everything has been left as it was at the time of check-in, completely clean, and that no damage to the cabin or it's contents are found. If everything is correct, we will then refund your deposit by check via USPS within one week. Reservation cancelation is 30 days minimum. Our cabin is equipped with: Refrigerator, Microwave, Air conditioner. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, pots, and pans. Outside is equipped with a picnic table, charcoal grill and fire ring. Full use of all campground facilities! BRING WITH YOU: Linens: blankets, sheets, pillows Towels: bath, beach, kitchen Paper products Garbage bags Soap and toiletries Charcoal & grill accessories Coffee filters Lawn chairs for around fire ring LIMITATIONS There is no smoking allowed in our cabin - $300 Penalty.
