Stayed here for the night. I spoke with the security guard just before he left for the night and he told me it is not a safe area and he would not personally stay here. There are lots of break ins at night. I had a good experience. Quieter than I thought it would be so close to the road.

Large, flat parking lot with overnight parking. Talked to a DART employee sitting in an SUV in the lot when we arrived and he said overnight parking is fine, as long as it's not for weeks on end. Didn't have any issues overnight, was quiet. Right next to light rail station and bus line if you want to take public transit into downtown. University Crossing trail perfect for a morning run.
