Lower Salt Creek Road Campsite

Dispersed camping on the creek. If you go past the RV resort and stay right, you’ll come out to a peninsula with no amenities, but a great view of the creek. A few scattered fire pits and under the rain road track. There isn’t much water in the creek as of June 2021. You can take a small bridge beyond this site if you want something more remote. That said, we arrived on Saturday night and no one was there. If you stay left at the fork, you’ll continue onto a few area, with portapotties. It looked like the gate to the “campsites” was closed, but when open would be $15 to camp. Please leave no trace and don’t dispose of any waste, even gray water, within 200 feet of the creek.
