Cliff Lake #1831

The Cliff Lake Trail begins approximately 100 yards before Spring Cave on Spring Cave Trail #1834 [https://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/whiteriver/recarea/?recid=40825]. It angles northwest and climbs a sage-covered bench before passing through stands of spruce, fir and aspen. The trail continues through similar terrain for 2.5 miles and ends at Cliff Lake. The Cliff Lake Trail is also accessible via Forest Road 601 off of Buford-Newcastle Road 245.
