2 Bedroom Colonial Home Cottage

This two-bedroom Colonial style home is centrally located at Keen Lake, across the road from Keen Lake Beach and from the solar-heated outdoor pool. The Colonial Home boasts a galley-style kitchen, equipped with basic cookware, dishes and utensils, which include coffee pot (we supply filters), toaster, and microwave. The kitchen opens into a living room and dining area with full view of the Colonial Home grounds. The focal point in the living room is the gas-log fireplace flanked with bookcases. There is generous seating in this area designed for gathering to talk, to read, or to perhaps catch up on your favorite television programs. (DVD player and cable connected Flat Screen TV (excluding premium channels) are located in the living area. The bathroom in the unit features a shower/tub combination. This two-bedroom unit accommodates a maximum of 7 persons. One bedroom in the unit has a queen-sized bed; the other a double bed and a single bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area that opens to a full-sized bed. However, you will need to bring all blankets, pillow cases, sheets, and all towels (beach/pool, kitchen, and bath towels) as Keen Lake does not provide these items in our rental units. We also furnish a picnic table, gas grill (we supply propane), fire ring with grill area, and lawn chairs. Please remember that we do not permit tents to be set up on the lawns of our cottages. None of our rental units have phones, although cell phone service is pretty reliable in the area. Emergency messages for guests that are received in the office will, of course, will be delivered immediately to your unit. Smoking, the use of electronic cigarettes, and vaping are prohibited in all rental units.
