San Marcos Cottage Rental

Designed with families in mind, the San Marcos cottage rentals can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children with a queen size bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and an overhead loft area with two full size mattresses for the kids. These cottages come furnished and include linens, air conditioning, flat screen cable television, a private bathroom, and a small kitchen area with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Outside, you can relax on the covered porch, and we’ve provided a charcoal grill and picnic table so you can enjoy the famous Texas weather. Check In  - 4:00 PM     Check Out - 12:00 PM Monthly Reservations - A $250 Security Deposit is required on all monthly reservations.  Price is based on two people and one vehicle additional people vehicles are at an additional cost. This unit does allow dogs. We ask that you confirm with the resort that you will be traveling with a pet(s) prior to check-in. There is a $25 fee per night per dog or $100 per dog per month. Reservations with a non-registered pet will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
